Crisis Counselor   

• Communicating to those who are in a moment of crisis, remaining calm and empathetic

• Collecting data through survey completions on types of crisis identified and coping skills used

• Working together with supervisors who are licensed mental health counselors

• Trained in problem solving skills and good contact techniques on a case by case basis
